Luster Mekaniske Industri AS has systematized its work on health, safety and the environment (HSE). Through an active HSE system, Luster Mekaniske Industri AS wants to create growth and lasting value, as well as contributing to good relations with its employees, customers and the surrounding community.
The zero-injury philosophy applies to all of Luster Mekaniske Industri AS's activities. In our daily work, we will therefore strive to prevent every form of accident and health damage, and to create well-being in the workplace. We achieve this through an HSE system in which health and safety are planned on an equal footing with service, technology and finance.
Quality management
Luster Mekaniske Industri AS has a quality management system and is certified in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and
NS-EN ISO 3834-2:2005.
Luster Mekaniske Industri AS has a documented system that ensures quality at all stages of products and services in accordance with customer requirements and other criteria.
Continuous improvement, communication, risk, leadership, personnel training, traceability, equipment maintenance and satisfied customers are some of the criteria Luster Mekaniske industri AS focuses on in its daily work.
The management systems do not apply to the hiring out of personnel unless it is specified in the order, otherwise the management systems apply to all processes.
Environment
Through controlled routines and continuous improvement, we work to achieve solutions that minimize the environmental footprint of our operations. Luster Mekaniske Industri AS has a goal of zero reportable emissions to soil, air or water.
Luster Mekaniske Industri AS has an agreement with Sirkla Ressurs AS for the delivery of waste. A system has been established for sorting plastic, wet organic waste, residual waste and hazardous waste at source. Hazardous waste is declared at www.avfallsdeklarering.no.
Luster Mekaniske Industri AS is ISO 14001:2015 certified.
