We also collect personal data in connection with job searches. This information is used exclusively to find the right candidate. We will retain the information for as long as it is conceivable for us. You have the right to access, correct and delete data we have stored about you. After the end of the customer relationship, we will retain data for as long as we deem it appropriate to help you with any history should you need it. We will retain job applications for as long as we see fit, as they may be relevant for future employment.

Personal data will not be disclosed, unless there is a statutory duty of disclosure to public authorities.

4. Customer register

In our customer register, we normally store your name, date of birth, home address, email address and telephone number. We store information about services and products you have purchased from us. 

This is information we need to be able to fulfill our agreement with you, manage your customer relationship, deliver and invoice products and services correctly. The information is stored in our customer system for as long as it is possible for us. It is possible to share articles on the website in social media (Facebook, Twitter). Further handling of data shared in social media is regulated by your agreement with the relevant online community.

10. Access, correction and deletion of personal information

Pursuant to section 18 of the Personal Data Act, you as a private individual are entitled to access the information registered about you. If registered information is incorrect, incomplete or you wish to delete your information, you can demand this in accordance with section 27 of the Personal Data Act.  

11. Responsible data processor

The CEO of Luster Mekaniske Industri as is responsible for the processing of personal data. The person in question is responsible for ensuring that internal controls are implemented with regard to the processing of personal data, and that any deviations from applicable legislation are reported and corrected. We strive at all times to comply with applicable privacy regulations.
